Refunds
We DO NOT offer refunds on any completed services, purchased packages or purchased product or gift certificate sales. We do however ask that if you are unsatisfied with your service you please contact our management and allow us to determine what can be done to make our wrong your right within 7 days. Any unused purchased packages and/or gift certificates may be transferred to a friend, family member for use...salon must be made aware before appointments are made. Also we will offer an exchange of product that are unused & unopened within 10 days of purchase.
Cancellation
We kindly request that you cancel or reschedule any appointment 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of $50 deposit placed on all new client appointments. For existing clients the fee will be invoice and must be received before rescheduling. All appointments requiring rescheduling may do so by placing an appointment request online but need to confirm cancellation of original appointment by calling the salon. 7245198922
Children
We love children but for their safety and the comfort of all guests, we ask that any chid who is not receiving service not be present in the salon.
We cater to children ages 6 and older. The child must have an appointment separate from their guardian and cannot be unsupervised in the salon during any scheduled appointment that the guardian may have over the time frame of 1 hour.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. NO EXCEPTION. We accept cash, and credit and/or debit. NO CHECKS!
Late Arrivals
Late arrival for any appointment may result in an abbreviation to your service, although appointments cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals. Any client arriving 15 minutes after their scheduled tine may be required to reschedule at the discretion of the performing stylist and should expect to pay full price of scheduled services.
Belongings
We ask that any and all valuables be kept at home. Under no circumstance will the salon be help liable for lost, stolen or damaged belongings.
Services
All services are performed at the discretion of the performing stylists after a proper consultation has taken place. Any and all services can be refused at the discretion of the performing stylist.
Allergies
Any client with the concern of an allergic reaction to any chemical or nonchemical product has the right and opportunity to receive a “patch”/skin test performed up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. Failure to do so releases the salon of any liability in such event of reaction.
Clients who have no concern and present with reactions after performed services should seek professional medical help and understand they have released the salon of legal or financial liability to said reaction by moving forward with services with no path test despite being a new or existing client.
